Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational or industry training a plus.
• Willingness to obtain NICET certification; ability to pursue required certifications.
• Strong customer-service focus and good organizational abilities.
• Basic mechanical skills and comfort with fieldwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform NFPA-based inspections of water-based fire protection systems, fire alarm systems, and extinguishers.
• Learn NFPA 25/72/10 inspection procedures for various systems.
• Describe issues to owners and managers for repairs.
• Complete and submit tickets and inspection reports promptly.
