Johnson Controls is seeking a field service technician to service Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems and suppression gas systems at customer sites. You will read blueprints and manuals, manage daily service calls, and install or troubleshoot equipment from various manufacturers.

The role requires 1+ year of experience, excellent communication, and strong problem-solving skills. A valid US driver’s license is needed; manufacturer certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in field service or related role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused problem-solving abilities.
• PC literacy with common Windows software.

Responsabilités

• Service and repairs on Portable Fire Extinguishers and related systems.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and operator manuals to guide work.
• Schedule and manage daily service calls and customer activity.
• Install and troubleshoot equipment from multiple manufacturers.
• Work with clean agent and suppression gas systems.
