Job summary

Marmic Fire & Safety Co. seeks a skilled Sprinkler Fitter to install, inspect, and repair sprinkler systems across commercial and residential sites. The role requires strong problem-solving and knowledge of plumbing codes, NFPA standards, and safety compliance.

Candidate should have at least 3 years in sprinkler fitting, valid license or eligibility, and ability to lift heavy loads while working in varied environments. On-site work with potential overtime and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sprinkler fitting experience.
• Valid Sprinkler Fitter license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Proficiency in installing, testing, and maintaining sprinkler systems.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and standards and plumbing codes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test systems and perform NFPA inspections and testing.
• Select pipe sizes, cut, thread, and assemble piping.
• Layout drawings of piping systems per blueprints.
• Maintain and modify sprinkler systems and perform troubleshooting.
