Job summary

Regional Fire Protection, part of the Guardian Fire Services family, is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Technician to install, inspect, and repair sprinkler systems across commercial, industrial, and residential sites in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and an apprenticeship or formal training in fire sprinkler installation, with NICET certification being a plus.

• Completed apprenticeship program or formal training in fire sprinkler system installation.
• NICET certification is a plus.
• Proficient knowledge of fire safety codes and regulations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair fire sprinkler systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan installations.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure functionality and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with fire sprinkler components and systems.
• Adhere to local, state, and national fire safety codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
