Responsibilities

• Perform routine service and maintenance on wet, dry, pre-action, deluge and foam sprinkler systems in commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.
• Identify and diagnose issues with fire suppression systems.
• Provide customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
• Manage job scheduling and progress efficiently with a focus on quality.
• Provide prompt professional service and educate customers on system functionality and safety procedures.
• Complete and submit all task-related and activity documentation promptly.
• Ensure work complies with relevant codes and regulations.
• Follow safety regulations and practices.
• Maintain and care for equipment – trucks, lifts, tools.
