Responsibilities

• Perform routine service and maintenance on wet, dry, pre-action, deluge and foam sprinkler systems in commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.
• Identify and diagnose issues with fire suppression systems.
• Provide customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
• Manage job scheduling and job progress with a focus on quality and cost efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Complete and submit all required documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure work complies with relevant codes and regulations.
• Follow safety regulations and practices.
