Wiginton Fire Systems in Garner, NC is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Service Technician to join our Raleigh-area team. You will inspect, service, repair, troubleshoot, and install fire sprinkler systems at customer locations while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; NICET certification preferred.
• Hands-on fire sprinkler service experience with NFPA codes.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, repair, troubleshoot, and install fire sprinkler systems at customer locations.
• Diagnose deficiencies and perform inspections, maintenance, and installations.
• Complete service tickets and documentation accurately.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
• Maintain NFPA standards and safety procedures.
• Operate vehicles and equipment safely; participate in on-call rotation.
