WAYNE AUTOMATIC FIRE SPRINKLERS INC. is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Underground Fitter in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in similar roles and will install and repair fire sprinkler systems. This full-time position offers competitive compensation, including benefits like an ESOP and insurance plans.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a utility/underground fitter or in a related role.
• Strong understanding of underground piping and aboveground systems.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Install, modify, and repair underground and above ground fire sprinkler systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Perform system testing, inspections, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate daily tasks with the foreman and assist with crew leadership.

Conocimientos

Extensive hands‑on experience with fire sprinkler system installation

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work and lead effectively

Backflow Certification (preferred)

Equipment operator experience (preferred)
