You will prospect owner-direct relationships with building owners, facility managers, and stakeholders, focusing on inspection, maintenance, repair, and modernization services. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through proposals, negotiations, and closing, while coordinating with Fire Service Operations and Project Teams to ensure exceptional

Qualifications

• 3+ years in direct sales related to fire protection or similar services.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including presentations.
• Ability to identify customer needs and develop proposals.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within Las Vegas market to grow Fire Sprinkler Service business.
• Develop owner-direct relationships with building owners, property managers, and stakeholders.
• Sell inspection, maintenance, repair, and modernization services and service agreements.
• Manage entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing contracts.
