Job summary

Desert Fire Team in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Sales & Project Manager to lead fire protection projects from bid through client acceptance. You will sell service agreements, new system designs, and upgrades while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will promote the Everus 4EVER Strategy and coordinate with teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and growth of service offerings.

Qualifications

• Five years inside or outside professional fire sprinkler sales experience or equivalent education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial client contact to assess scope of work and resources required to successfully complete project.
• Prepare complete estimate for selected project with detailed review of proposal specifications, drawings, takeoff information, and contracting.
• Supervise total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, and may provide day-to-day direction of onsite administrative staff).
• Ensure all project logs and documentation files are maintained.
• Supervise craft employees and/or other contractors as required by the contract.
• Represent the company in project meetings and negotiations as needed.
• Authorize and approve all project transactions, billings, subcontractor requisitions, change orders, etc.
• Execute business development action plans for defined targets and monitor sales activities.
• Develop and identify prospects from current clients and referral leads.
• Prepare estimates utilizing estimating software and maintain an active proposal backlog.
• Contact potential buyers of service agreements – initiate sales calls and follow up on leads.
• Represent the Company at industry trade and convention shows as needed.
