Cosco Fire Protection in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Contract Sales Representative to join our Las Vegas branch. You will leverage local industry relationships to grow our contract and service offerings with the construction community.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in fire sprinkler sales, strong drawings and NFPA knowledge, and a proven ability to close sales. This full-time role offers base pay plus commission and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years fire sprinkler sales experience.
• Ability to read construction drawings and NFPA codes.
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to close sales and handle diverse situations.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales goals and plans for the contract department with Branch Management.
• Locate, qualify projects and foster local customer relationships.
• Engage with industry associations to grow the Cosco brand.
• Contact prospects, schedule calls, and qualify buyers for new contracts.
• Provide technical support, quotes, and proposals throughout projects.
• Ensure turnover/billing information is provided to operations timely.
• Develop layouts, estimates, quotations, and proposals.
• Possibly manage projects sold and estimate service work.
