Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and valid driver’s license.
• Proficient PC skills: Windows and MS Office; CRM experience.
• Strong networking, communication, organization, and teamwork abilities; travel locally/regionally.

Responsibilities

• Support preliminary design, estimating, and pricing of new fire sprinkler work.
• Develop new client relationships to increase bid opportunities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Attend on-site and virtual bid meetings and walk-throughs.
• Interpret bid documents, plans, and specifications to prepare proposals with accurate scopes.
• Process bid forms, proposals, and prequalification documents.
• Research subcontractor needs, obtain quotes, and review bids with Sales Manager.
• Master Oliver’s estimating programs; use CRM software; participate in industry events.
