Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists Account Managers on site surveys of prospective work.
• Reviews material and labor hours with Account Managers prior to quote completion.
• Ensures Account Managers understand job logistics during site visits.
• Manages turnover meetings with Account Manager and team.
• Owns scope of work and manages change orders to completion.
• Orders materials and coordinates schedule with trades and owner.
• Schedules field labor and equipment rentals.
• Reviews project costs for billing accuracy.
