Job summary

Columbia Fire, LLC in Seattle, WA, is seeking a Project Manager - Fire Sprinkler to own sprinkler projects from award through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and code compliance. This in-person, client-facing role requires coordinating with design, purchasing, field teams, and customers.

You will manage multi-site projects across new construction, tenant improvements, and retrofits in Western Washington, travel daily to sites, and maintain strong relationships with general

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fire protection project management experience or 7+ years in related roles.
• Experience with NFPA standards and local fire codes.
• Ability to read drawings and manage budgets and change orders.
• Residence in Greater Seattle area or willingness to relocate.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from kickoff through closeout with schedule, budget, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with design, purchasing, and field operations to sequence work.
• Review project setup in ERP and manage changes and test responsibilities.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned projects with customers and GC’s.
• Ensure safety, code compliance, and proper documentation at closeout.
