Job summary

Summit Fire & Security in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Technician to lay out, fabricate, install, and maintain fire sprinkler systems and related piping. Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Advanced technical school training or related work experience preferred.
• Current Fire Sprinkler License is required.

Responsibilities

• Install pipe systems and valves per specifications.
• Cut, thread, assemble and bond piping and tubes.
• Modify, clean and maintain pipe systems and fittings.
• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications.
• Mentor apprentices and helpers on installation techniques.
• Ensure company vehicle is maintained per policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
