Job summary

You will document deficiencies, communicate clearly with customers, and maintain a structured inspection schedule while handling equipment up to 70 lbs.

The role requires reading blueprints and manuals, ability to travel, and willingness to work nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years of sprinkler inspection experience.
• Able to obtain and retain required licenses.
• Experience reading blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specs, and manuals.
• Experience with hand tools and multimeter usage.
• Capable of physical labor up to 50–70 lbs.
• Able to work in ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer expectations while performing quality inspections.
• Document deficiencies accurately.
• Represent the company professionally.
• Complete Service Acknowledgement/inspections with proper coding via devices or hardcopy.
• Follow a structured inspection schedule.
• Carry/move equipment up to 70 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Assist foreman in installation of sprinkler systems.
• Travel as required and work flexible hours.
