Job summary

RANDALL in Sarasota, FL is seeking a hands-on Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead field crews on commercial and industrial projects, ensuring safe, high‑quality installations and on‑time delivery. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of fire sprinkler installation experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership/foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and fire protection systems.
• Ability to read construction drawings and hydraulic calculations.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead fire sprinkler fitters and helpers on commercial and industrial projects.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project drawings.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
• Install, modify, and repair various types of fire sprinkler systems.
• Conduct daily job site safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Communicate with senior managers, general contractors, inspectors, and customers.
• Monitor project schedules and productivity to meet deadlines and budget goals.
• Perform quality control inspections and ensure all work meets NFPA codes and local regulations.
• Assist with project planning, material takeoffs, and documentation.
• Train and mentor field personnel to promote professional development and safety awareness.
