Job summary

Summit Fire & Security seeks a Fire Sprinkler Manager to lead the sprinkler department, driving profitability, growth, and performance. The role combines operations oversight with strategic financial management, field leadership, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

You will supervise inspections, services, and installs, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, manage staffing, training, and vendor relationships, and partner with management on budgets and project delivery across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of fire life safety/fire suppression experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fire sprinkler department operations, inspections, services, and installs.
• Manage department financials including P&L, gross revenue, and overhead.
• Coordinate with management on scheduling, staffing, and customer orders.
• Lead safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in training and performance reviews.
