Job summary

Quest Energy Group seeks a seasoned Regional Operations Manager to lead Fire Protection & Life Safety ITR across California locations, owning regional P&L, improving service delivery, and driving growth while upholding safety and compliance.

You will bring 8+ years in leadership, NFPA and OSHA knowledge, and a proven ability to build strong client relationships and high-performing teams; NICET certification is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in regional or multi-location operations with P&L responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection and life safety systems.
• Experience leading teams and managing customer relationships.
• Familiarity with NFPA standards and OSHA regulations.

Regional Operations Manager – Fire Protection & Life Safety

An established industrial safety and fire protection services organization is seeking a proven operations leader to oversee and grow its regional Inspection, Testing & Repair (ITR) business.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who combines strong business acumen with technical expertise in fire protection and life safety systems. You'll have responsibility for regional financial performance, operational execution, customer relationships, and team development—with the opportunity to directly influence growth, profitability, and service excellence.

What You'll Lead

Regional Performance: Own revenue, profitability, cash flow, forecasting, and operating results.

Operations & Execution: Optimize field operations, resources, equipment, and service delivery across multiple locations.

People Leadership: Develop strong teams, elevate performance, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Customer Relationships: Strengthen key accounts and improve customer satisfaction, quality, and service reliability.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA requirements, applicable NFPA standards, and industry regulations.

Business Growth: Identify operational improvements, optimize regional resources, and support the integration of acquisitions.

What You'll Bring

8+ years of relevant professional experience, including leadership responsibility.

Strong knowledge of fire protection, life safety systems, and inspection, testing, and repair services.

Experience managing regional or multi-location operations with P&L accountability.

Solid understanding of financial performance, operational efficiency, and customer relationship management.

Knowledge of NFPA standards and OSHA regulations.

A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

NICET certification is strongly preferred.
