As a Service Technician II, you'll solve customer problems creatively to ensure they're satisfied. You'll find the best solutions to resolve service requests quickly, making necessary repairs and recommendations while at the customer's location. Building customer trust and good relationships is key.
You will troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, set up monitoring accounts, complete small installation projects (upgrades/replacements), program systems, and conduct pre-sales site assessments.
