YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai is seeking a skilled technician to maintain and service fire protection systems in Butler County, Cranberry Township. The ideal candidate must possess a high school diploma and demonstrate mechanical aptitude.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a route servicing existing fire extinguisher, kitchen hood, e-light, pre‑engineered and possibly engineered gas system customers.
• Inspect, service, repair and install two or more suppression product lines (emergency lights, fire extinguishers, pre‑engineered and industrial systems) according to safety requirements and manufacturer specifications.
• Provide customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service‑related items.
• Act as a trusted advisor, provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service.
• Make recommendations based on manufacturer specifications and state/local codes, identify deficiencies.
• Quote, sell, and repair on site; up‑sell existing customers to new product offerings and services to meet compliance with current fire‑code regulations.
• Sell new accounts on the route based on the same compliance criteria.
• Meet or exceed quotas set by the direct supervisor.
• Call on potential customers to offer suppression products and services.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure the facility runs efficiently, including upselling opportunities.
• Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.

Hiring hourly range: $18.26–$25.00 (Hourly rate determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
