Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Fire Service Supervisor to join our culture-driven team. The role oversees field personnel, ensures service delivery, and drives growth in the local service base while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with Service Specialists and Coordinators, manage resources and costs, and contribute to Convergint's mission of protecting lives and assets across our customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of field service, project management or relevant engineering.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience in electronic security, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, or healthcare environments.
• NICET II, Denver CSA
• Experience with Power BI, Smart Sheets, Oracle, MS Office

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction by executing all Convergint commitments on CSPs, time and material, parts sales and other service duties.
• Supervise Field Specialists, Service Specialists, Service Coordinators, and Inspectors in service delivery.
• Manage resources, costs, safety, and quality assurance for delivery and expansion of the service base.
• Grow the financial impact of Service products in the local market.
• Perform other duties as requested or required.

• Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by effectively executing all Convergint Technologies commitments on Customer Service Programs (CSPs), time and material, parts sales and other service duties.
• This is a line position that is either field- or office-based and is responsible for the effective management of resources, costs, safety, quality assurance and customer satisfaction for the delivery and expansion of the existing service base.
• Supervise Field Specialists, Service Specialists, Service Coordinators, and/or Inspectors in all aspects of service delivery.
• The financial impact is measured in the growth and delivery of Service products in the local CTC market.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

What You\'ll Need

• Leadership Orientation - Actively seeks ways in which to act as a role model - guide, develop and mentor others within the department.
• Advanced financial analytical skills including cost control (e.g. gross margin calculations).
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
• Developing project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems).

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience
• Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare
• NICET II, Denver CSA

The anticipated compensation of this position is $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.

Individual pay rates will, of course, vary depending on the job, department, and location, as well as the individual skills, experience, certifications, specific licenses, and education of the applicant.
