Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Fire Service Supervisor in Centennial, CO to lead field teams and manage service delivery for our growing client base.

You will supervise field staff, coordinate resources, and drive customer satisfaction while aligning with the company's culture and values. Competitive compensation reflects experience and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of field service, project management or relevant engineering experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience in electronic, fire alarm, life safety, building automation, or healthcare industries.
• Experience with Power BI, Smart Sheets, Oracle, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field Specialists, Service Specialists, Coordinators, and/or Inspectors in service delivery.
• Manage resources, costs, safety, quality assurance and customer satisfaction for service delivery expansion.
• Maximize customer satisfaction by executing CSPs, T&M, parts sales, and other duties.

• Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by effectively executing all Convergint Technologies commitments on Customer Service Programs (CSPs), time and material, parts sales and other service duties.
• This is a line position that is either field- or office-based and is responsible for the effective management of resources, costs, safety, quality assurance and customer satisfaction for the delivery and expansion of the existing service base.
• Supervise Field Specialists, Service Specialists, Service Coordinators, and/or Inspectors in all aspects of service delivery.
• The financial impact is measured in the growth and delivery of Service products in the local CTC market.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

What You’ll Need

• Leadership Orientation – Actively seeks ways in which to act as a role model - guide, develop and mentor others within the department.
• Advanced financial analytical skills including cost control (e.g. gross margin calculations).
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
• Developing project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems).

Requirements:

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience: (but not required):

• 3-5 years of field service, project management or relevant engineering
• Previous supervisory experience
• Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare
• Experience with Power BI, Smart Sheets, Oracle, MS Office
