Convergint is seeking a Fire Field Service Supervisor in Centennial, CO to lead a team delivering fire service solutions. The role blends field and office responsibilities, focusing on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while growing the service base in the local market.

• 3-5 years of field service, project management or relevant engineering.
• Experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, or healthcare industries.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field Specialists, Service Specialists, Service Coordinators, and Inspectors in service delivery.
• Maximize customer satisfaction by executing all commitments on CSPs, time/materials, parts sales, etc.
• Manage resources, costs, safety, quality assurance and customer satisfaction for service delivery and expansion.
• Drive growth of service products in the local market.

• Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by effectively executing all Convergint Technologies commitments on Customer Service Programs (CSPs), time and material, parts sales and other service duties.
• This is a line position that is either field- or office-based and is responsible for the effective management of resources, costs, safety, quality assurance and customer satisfaction for the delivery and expansion of the existing service base.
• Supervise Field Specialists, Service Specialists, Service Coordinators, and/or Inspectors in all aspects of service delivery.
• The financial impact is measured in the growth and delivery of Service products in the local CTC market.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

What You’ll Need

• Leadership Orientation – Actively seeks ways in which to act as a role model - guide, develop and mentor others within the department.
• Advanced financial analytical skills including cost control (e.g. gross margin calculations).
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
• Developing project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems).

Requirements:

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience: (but not required):

• 3-5 years of field service, project management or relevant engineering
• Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare

Pikes Peak License

Familiarity with Edwards, EST3 / EST4

Common Knowledge of Fire Panels

The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,383 - $99,910 annually

Please note that this job posting includes salary information for the assigned target market range within the primary geographic region the requisition is posted. Individual pay rates will, of course, vary depending on the job, department, and location, as well as the individual skills, experience, certifications, specific licenses, and education of the applicant.
