High Rise Fire and Security, founded in 1992, is a leading fire alarm, life safety and security systems solutions provider. We provide a broad range of services including design, installation, service and maintenance of fire alarm, ARCS, access control, camera surveillance and intrusion systems.

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee preventive and maintenance service for our clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and alignment with the company’s vision and culture

Qualifications

• Two-year Associate’s degree in Engineering or 4 years of project management experience in similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Review project status with HRFS Project Engineer.
• Strategize the most optimal way to complete job, i.e. creating and implementing a project plan.
• Develop project plans with deliverables and milestones, costs, assigned resources, and schedules and lead project management and execution to meet or exceed project objectives.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients and FSMs on job scope and report on progress on a regular basis.
• Conduct regular On-site Status Project Review appropriately to provide quality assurance and technical support to client and HRFS Technician.
• Inquire about and document drawing numbers with revision dates of any changes or job additions/deletions to facilitate the amendments for the final documents of record.
• Provide Sales Department with any changes through RFP and record on commissioning progress report log.
• Conduct NYFD pre-test inspection.
• Identify code issues and non-conformance issues, and make recommendations on alternative solutions to client/office.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, materials used, and communicate any problem encountered or identified with the alarm system on work order to the (?).
• Manage and maintain smooth working relationships with contractors, clients, architects, 3 rd party vendors, and engineers.
