Job summary

Pavion Corp in New York, NY is seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our fire safety and security solutions team. You will support field operations by coordinating submittals, scheduling technicians, and tracking FDNY related documents to ensure timely compliance and installation success.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer service or dispatch, is proficient with AutoCAD basics, and can collaborate with sales, management, electricians, and contractors while working full

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service, dispatch and/or tech support experience.
High School Diploma.
General basic working knowledge of fire alarm.
General basic working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Ability to work in NYC office full time.
Ability to work and communicate effectively with sales, management, electrical and general contractors.

Responsibilities

Complete and delivery of submittal packages including drawings, data sheets, and docs for FDNY compliance.
Schedule technicians for installs, punch lists, pre-test inspections, etc.
Process, track and respond to Notices of Defect from FDNY.
Schedule FDNY inspections for final sign-offs.
Coordinate creation and delivery of as-built drawings and provide general support for middle managers (service + insp).
