Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Fire Sales Manager to lead the Fire Construction and Owner Service Sales Team in the district or branch. You will shape strategy, align sellers to goals, and drive profitable growth across fire alarm and related systems.

The role emphasizes building owner relationships, expanding recurring revenue, and collaborating with installation, service, HVAC, and controls teams to win opportunities. A strong track record in sales leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience is required.
• Five or more years in fire safety industry is required.
• Minimum five years of sales experience with three years in field sales management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day performance of the district or branch construction and owner/core sales team for fire alarm and related systems.
• Set territory strategy and align sellers to goals.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing strategies to support profitable growth.
• Coach, develop, hire, and align a high-performing sales team.
• Expand service opportunities and grow wallet share and recurring revenue.
