The Fire Sales Manager leads the Fire Construction and Owner Service Sales Team within an assigned area. In this role, you will shape strategy, alignment, and team development across new construction, plan and specification retrofit, and owner sales for fire projects. The focus is on strengthening Electronic Life Safety Systems and Service Sellers while deepening legacy customer relationships, growing wallet share, and expanding recurring revenue opportunities. The right candidate understands strategic selling in construction and owner environments, can influence decisions across the purchasing process, and works effectively with partners across installation, service, HVAC, controls, and strategic account functions.
Own the area’s sales outcomes with accountability, safety, and integrity. Stay close to the work by joining customer meetings, ride-alongs, and deal reviews so obstacles are removed quickly and decisions are practical. Use coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews to strengthen seller capability and improve execution every day. Work as one team with area, branch, and national leaders to share best practices, coordinate resources, and win together. Apply disciplined pricing, pipeline management, and market insight to support profitable growth and protect customer value. Lead with candor and continuous improvement so the team can learn quickly, adapt to change, and keep raising the bar.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 to $138,000, with a bonus plan that considers individual, group, and corporate performance. You will also be eligible for a competitive benefits package.
