Job summary

C&C Group is a systems integrator focused on building automation and HVAC controls. We are seeking a Controls Engineer to support installation, programming, commissioning, and ongoing service of DDC and building automation systems across customer sites in the Kansas region.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in HVAC/building automation, strong reading of plans and control drawings, and a valid driver's license. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years in HVAC or building automation.
• Ability to read plans and control drawings.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing, startup, commissioning, and service.
• Interpret control drawings to mount and test building automation systems.
• Diagnose and repair DDC systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance and site surveys.
• Prepare for on-site work by reviewing layouts and coordinating activities.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure scope.
• Provide customer training and technical support.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
