Job summary

Integrated Technical Systems, Inc. seeks Field Service Technicians to join our team. The role covers installation, configuration, and maintenance of fire safety, access, and alarm systems across CT/MA/NH/RI, with annual travel within New England. Entry and experienced candidates are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Entry- and experienced-level positions available.
• Capable of installing, diagnosing and servicing fire safety and alarm systems.
• Willingness to travel within New England and work in varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain ITS systems including fire safety and access equipment.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to full operation.
• Test systems prior to customer acceptance and train customers on maintenance.
• Promote good customer relations and assist in contract retention.
