Responsibilities

• Assist with annual and periodic testing of fire alarm systems per applicable codes.
• Assist with verifying system functionality and document results.
• Complete and submit test results via the LAFD-compliant system within timelines.
• Accurately document deficiencies and corrective actions.
• Notify property owners or managers of deficiencies requiring repair or retesting.
• Collaborate with owners, managers, contractors, and LAFD representatives for testing and follow-up.
