You will handle fire/smoke damage tasks, use restoration software, and collaborate with homeowners and adjusters to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires hands-on restoration experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Certification in IICRC FSRT & OCT is a plus or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of fire and smoke damage restoration including demolition and debris removal.
• Safely pack, move, and restore fire-damaged belongings and contents.
• Operate restoration tools and equipment with proper care.
• Document job progress, inventory, and customer interactions using restoration software.
• Work with homeowners, managers, adjusters, and leads to ensure quality service.
