Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in fire or smoke restoration is required.
• Strong work ethic and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging spaces.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Technical aptitude to use mobile devices and job-tracking software.
• IICRC FSRT & OCT certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of fire and smoke damage restoration, including demolition, cleaning, contents handling, and debris removal.
• Safely pack, move, clean, and restore fire-damaged belongings and commercial contents.
• Operate restoration tools and equipment and ensure proper use and care.
• Document job progress, inventory, and customer interactions using restoration software.
• Collaborate with homeowners, property managers, insurers, and project leads for quality service.
• Follow safety procedures, keep a clean site, and organize company vehicles and equipment.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies as needed.
