Qualifications

• Experience in fire or smoke damage restoration (residential or commercial).
• Reliable, customer-focused with strong communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear PPE when needed.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Familiarity with restoration software (Contents Track, iCAT, Restore 365).
• IICRC FSRT and OCT certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of fire and smoke damage restoration, including demolition, structural cleaning, contents cleaning, equipment setup, pack-outs, and debris removal.
• Safely pack, move, clean, and restore fire-damaged personal belongings and commercial contents.
• Operate restoration tools and equipment with proper care.
• Document job progress, inventory, and customer interactions using restoration software.
• Work with homeowners, insurers, and project leads to ensure quality service.
