Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR in Ohio is seeking an experienced Fire & Contents Restoration Technician to join a leading franchise. You will perform demolition, contents cleaning, and equipment setup to restore homes and businesses after fire and smoke damage, while documenting progress and coordinating with homeowners and insurers.

Ideal candidates have hands-on restoration experience, strong customer service, and the ability to use our restoration software tools.

Qualifications

Experience in fire or smoke restoration preferred.
Customer-service oriented and reliable.
Able to learn restoration software and mobile tools.
Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

Perform all aspects of fire and smoke damage restoration, including demolition and debris removal.
Safely pack, move, clean, and restore fire-damaged personal belongings and contents.
Operate restoration tools and equipment with care and safety.
Document progress, inventory, and customer interactions using restoration software.
Collaborate with homeowners, managers, adjusters, and leads to ensure quality service.
Maintain a clean, organized site and follow safety procedures; participate in on-call rotations.
