All American Water Restoration is seeking a motivated Restoration First Responder / Sales Representative to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact during emergencies, assess damage, document findings, and outline restoration solutions to customers.

This field role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow in restoration projects and referral network.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background and pre-employment screenings.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized.
• Capable of working independently in the field and making decisions.
• Experience in sales and customer interactions is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn DASH and Outlook.
• Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or sales is favorable.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to emergency restoration calls and customer needs.
• Meet with homeowners, property managers, and customers on-site.
• Inspect, photograph, and document property damage.
• Complete Matterport scans and required job documentation.
• Prepare and present estimates.
• Explain restoration services and next steps to customers.
• Obtain required signatures and payments.
• Follow up with customers and pending sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate job information and notes in DASH.
• Build relationships with customers and referral partners.
• Participate in the company's on-call rotation.
