Job summary

Total Safety U.S. Inc. seeks a Tech IV Fire Technician to perform service inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire equipment, including extinguishers and life safety gear, with onshore and offshore capabilities.

Travel to customer sites is required; offshore experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license, TWIC, and state licenses are mandatory, with NICET II to be achieved within 12 months. High school diploma or GED is required, with an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and field experience in fire protection or related industry.
• NICET Level II certification or equivalent planned within 12 months of hire.
• Must have Texas State Fire Licenses (FAL/FEL) and pass NICET II testing within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, maintain, and repair fire equipment including extinguishers and systems.
• Document inspections and obtain customer signatures for invoicing.
• Perform pre/post job briefs and assist with loading and staging equipment.
