Telgian Corporation seeks a detail-oriented Fire Protection Technical Support Specialist to join our Repair Services team in Phoenix, AZ. You will review repair recommendations, evaluate costs, and coordinate with service providers to resolve technical issues, ensuring safety and compliance.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service, service coordination, estimating, technical support, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to evaluate information and recommend solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on open issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Willingness to learn technical concepts, industry standards, and fire protection system requirements.

Mansioni

• Review fire alarm and suppression system inspection findings, deficiencies, and recommended repairs.
• Evaluate repair scopes, vendor recommendations, and pricing to help ensure proposed work is appropriate, cost-effective, and aligned with applicable requirements.
• Prepare and review repair proposals and estimates for customer approval.
• Identify opportunities to resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Work with experienced technical specialists to evaluate complex repairs and determine appropriate solutions.
• Communicate with customers, service providers, and internal teams to clarify repair requirements and coordinate resolutions.
• Review vendor recommendations, proposed scope changes, and additional repair requests.
• Help resolve recurring service issues and work orders requiring additional technical attention.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal dispatch teams to ensure service issues are addressed appropriately.
• Provide technical support during escalated service situations, including participation in after-hours support as required.
• Review open service orders to identify missing information and determine next steps.
• Prepare preliminary repair estimates using available information or request additional details from vendors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of repair recommendations, service updates, and resolutions.
• Assist with developing technical resources, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve repair processes, service quality, and operational efficiency.
