Mongiovi & Son Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fire Protection Project Manager for our New Construction division in Pittsburgh.

The role oversees fire protection projects from turnover through final completion, coordinating field operations, schedules, budgets, and subcontractors. Ideal candidates have experience with fire sprinkler systems, NFPA standards, and reviewing drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience managing fire protection or sprinkler projects in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and fire protection systems.
• Ability to read plans, specs, and contracts and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fire protection new construction projects from turnover to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans.
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time completion.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and project specifications.
