Job summary
Encore Fire Protection, the east coast's largest full-service fire protection company, seeks a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to lead installation projects from planning through closeout in the New York area. You will coordinate technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to scope and budget.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sprinkler or related trades leadership, can read shop drawings and hydraulics, travels within the territory, and communicates
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a project-focused or field leadership role within sprinkler or related trades.
- Ability to read sprinkler shop drawings and hydraulic calculations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with field crews and customers.
- Experience with contracts, scope language, and pricing concepts.
- Willingness to travel within assigned area.
Responsibilities
- Lead sprinkler installation projects from planning through closeout.
- Coordinate technicians, customers, and internal teams to meet safety, schedule, and budget targets.
- Maintain client relationships and manage field-based risks and changes.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 13 local AHJ requirements and company safety standards.
- Collaborate with designers, purchasing, and operations to align materials and drawings.
