Qualifications

• Degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field.
• Experience designing water-based fire protection systems (sprinklers, standpipes, pumps).
• Knowledge of NFPA standards, building codes, hydraulic calculations, and water supply evaluations.
• NICET/EIT/PE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing drawings, specifications, narratives, and engineering calculations.
• Support project deliverables through permitting, bidding, and construction phases.
• Perform construction administration including submittal reviews and RFIs.
• Conduct site visits and document field observations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Participate in project meetings and client communications.
• Contribute to projects across commercial, hospitality, healthcare, aviation, higher education and other markets.
• Support projects from design through construction completion.
