Job summary

Atlantic Constructors is seeking a Fire Protection Project Manager to oversee the design and delivery of fire protection sprinkler systems for commercial projects in the Virginia area. You will review plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to meet schedules and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, customers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Oversee fire protection field construction to ensure design, budget and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with pre-construction, sales, safety, purchasing, CAD/BIM, fabrication shops and client personnel.
• Develop and maintain construction plans and schedules; manage vendor quotes and subcontracts.
