Johnson Controls in Raleigh, NC is hiring an Associate Project Manager to support fire sprinkler projects. You will assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout, coordinating with project managers, field teams, and customers to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in fire sprinkler, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Travel to sites may be required; on-site work culture with safety emphasis is highlighted.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the fire sprinkler industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and closeout of fire sprinkler projects.
• Coordinate project activities, maintain records, monitor schedules and budgets, and support customer relationships.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities; monitor schedules and resolve conflicts.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders, permits, and closeout packages.
• Support communication with customers, field personnel, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
