Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Sprinkler Project Manager to coordinate turnkey sprinkler projects, lead meetings, manage budgets, and ensure closeouts. You will work with district sales for labor estimates and change orders, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Required is a Bachelor's or Associate degree or equivalent, NICET II within two years, sprinkler experience, and strong communication. Local travel is expected; a safety‑first culture and collaborative environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree or equivalent work experience (3+ years).
• At least 2 years of staff, customer, and contractor management.
• NICET Level II certification within 2 years.
• Must have sprinkler experience.
• Strong written, verbal communication and customer service.
• Proficient in Windows and spreadsheet software.
• Local travel availability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple turnkey sprinkler projects from start to close.
• Attend project meetings and maintain records and budgets.
• Coordinate labor estimates, change orders, and sign-offs with district staff.
• Ensure compliance with AHJ approvals and closeout documentation.
