Job summary

Reliable Fire & Safety, Inc., a family-owned fire protection company serving the Charlotte Metro area for nearly 40 years, seeks an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow the customer base and develop lasting business relationships.

In this role you will drive new business, secure service agreements, expand existing accounts, and promote our comprehensive fire protection services. Competitive base salary of $65,000–$75,000 plus commissions and a company vehicle are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fire protection or outside sales.
• Proven ability to generate leads, prospect, negotiate and close business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, and face-to-face visits.
• Secure service agreements for recurring inspections, testing, and maintenance.
• Expand existing accounts with additional service opportunities.
• Represent fire protection solutions including sprinkler, alarm, extinguisher services.
• Prepare professional quotes, proposals, and service agreements; maintain records.
• Build and execute a consistent sales pipeline to meet goals.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
