Job summary

S.A. Comunale is seeking a Fire Protection Inspector- Pump Runs to perform NFPA-based inspections of water-based fire systems and fire alarm systems.

The role requires traveling to customer sites and maintaining compliance with NFPA guidelines. Responsibilities include weekly and monthly NFPA 25 pump runs, basic troubleshooting, timely submission of inspection reports, self-scheduling, and upselling company capabilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related work experience required.
• NICET certification required or obtainable.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain necessary certifications.
• Experience with NFPA codes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform NFPA 25 weekly & monthly fire pumps runs.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of fire pumps.
• Monitor and ensure progress of all tasks and submit tickets and inspection reports on time.
• Self-schedule daily inspections.
• Upsell company capabilities to customers.
• Inspect from ladders or lifts up to 30–40 feet when required.
