Qualifications

• Perform NFPA 25/72 inspections on fire protection systems and detectors.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED; NICET II is a plus.
• Maintain safe work practices and document findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections from man lifts at 30–40 ft as needed.
• Conduct annual inspections on backflow preventers and fire pumps.
• Monitor progress and complete tasks on schedule.
• Submit tickets and inspection reports promptly to admin staff.
• Self-schedule daily inspections across client sites.
