Job summary

S.A. Comunale is seeking a Fire Protection Inspector to perform NFPA-based inspections of water-based fire systems and fire alarm systems. The role requires travel to customer sites and accurate documentation to support compliance and service quality.

Candidate should have NICET LV1, backflow license, and at least 3 years in sprinkler inspections, with the ability to work at heights and lift 35 pounds. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational or industry trade school is a plus.
• NICET LV1 (ITWBS) certification or equivalent required/minimum.
• Experience with NFPA 25-based inspections on various systems a plus.
• Must be able to perform inspections at heights and lift 35 lb.

Responsibilities

• Perform NFPA-based inspections of water-based fire systems and fire alarm systems.
• Inspect from man lifts at elevations of 30 to 40 feet as needed.
• Complete and submit inspection tickets and reports promptly.
• Travel to customer sites for inspections and customer support.
