S.A. Comunale Co., Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in fire protection, HVAC, and life safety services. You will prospect new clients, present inspections and service contracts, and close sales across multiple markets.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with strong communication, CRM and Salesforce skills, plus a self-starter attitude and the ability to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; bachelors degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience selling inspection or service contracts.
• Experience in the Fire Sprinkler industry is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude or prior Fire Life Safety experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting for new customers by cold calling and visiting client sites.
• Tracking activity in our CRM system (Salesforce) and scheduling follow up tasks.
• Accurately gathering and cataloging new client contact and equipment information.
• Performing site visits at client facilities to assess needs.
• Providing quotes for new clients in a timely manner using our CRM system.
• CLOSING SALES and transferring information to inspection department.
• Ensuring all tasks and leads are followed up on in a timely manner.
• Attend networking and social marketing events to gain contacts.
• Work seamlessly on large accounts.
