The ideal candidate will prepare accurate estimates, review plans and bid packages, and drive competitive pricing while ensuring profitability and NFPA compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating fire sprinkler systems.
• Familiarity with NFPA standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete and accurate estimates for commercial fire sprinkler and fire suppression systems.
• Review plans, specifications, bid packages, and addenda to perform detailed material and labor takeoffs.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies while maintaining project profitability and supporting operational goals.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, field leadership, and operations teams throughout preconstruction and project turnover.
• Participate in job walks, client meetings, proposal reviews, and presentations as needed.
• Assist with change orders, value engineering, scope reviews, and estimating best practices while ensuring NFPA compliance.
